Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option of returning them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components and packaging in the same condition as the product arrived.
  2. Normal handling of the product is recognisable, excluding breakage due to improper handling.
  3. Products where hygiene is important must have been thoroughly cleaned before the start of the return process.
  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  6. A return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this period.
  7. We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, here is what you need to do to start the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@nylalabel.com
  • Make sure the email contains the following:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of breakage
    • First name + surname of the customer
    • Address of the customer

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.

Never send the return to the sender. We will send you the correct address after your request. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

CANCELLATION

The consumer has a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

  1. Cancellation conditions
  2. Right of cancellation
  3. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
  4. Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is only possible after receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (NYLA the Label) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g. by email). The cancellation is complete when we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

Note for shipments in transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer shipping times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You can, of course, inform us in advance of your cancellation.

To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs (except for the additional costs that result from choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract and receipt of the goods. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

ALL RETURNS ARE SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
